Ikiteirumizu

In this lake far above the ground, fire burns at night. The blazing surface, illuminating Ikiteirumizu, is caused by phosphorescent plankton, which glows in moonlight creating the illusion of flame. The Funkazan Clan, whose ancestral homelands are only a short distance away, sometimes journey to the lake, where they meditate in silence for a time.
