The maze of blossoms; a place as deadly as it is beautiful, for the bodies of those who fall in exhaustion in this maze are swiftly consumed by the plants that give the maze its name.
Ashishō

Sekai no Ibuki
A bone white tower in the northern Taikakabe mountains, many know this near-inaccessible place as the
home of the Shin’rei Arashi, though none have seen her there.
The Night of Falling Stars
All of the astrological records agree: there was a night when the stars fell to earth. This seems to correspond to an event in the legendarium of Ikaiguchi: the battle between Tengoku Amare and The Eye of the Moon.
Massacre at Sakantera
Sakantera is the oldest historical site that commonly appears in myth. This temple is known to be devoted to the Shin’rei Junrei, and is one of the earliest burial sites in history.
Calling the Shin’rei

Across Ikaiguchi, there are countless creation myths, but the story of the serpents is the one that most know. It tells of the Ever Serpent, Eien-Hebi, and her struggle with the Devourer, Musaborikuu.
Kūsho Shinzō
It is fortunate that Kūsho Shinzō is blind, for its sight would encompass all of Ikaiguchi. This great mountain towers over the center of the island, a landmark for the lost. Even so, its gray flanks show no hint of the wonder inside.
Chika-Rin
They say that Ikaiguchi is built upon its own secrets, but nowhere makes this as clear as Chika-Rin. Seen only through fissures in a barren plane, this immense underground forest flourishes below Ikaiguchi, and none know its true extent.
